The above prices are to be increased by 10% for the 5th person.
Visitor’s tax: 0.35€ per day and per person 18 years old and over, not included in the rates.
Prices include: the pitch with the mobile home, the vehicle, gas, electricity (6 amps) and free access to the pool.
They are not accessible to people with disabilities.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. They are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am.
The lessee is obliged to use the premises personally and to maintain them in perfect condition.
A deposit of 150 € will be asked at your arrival.
The number of occupants shall not exceed 5 persons.
NO ANIMALS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE RENTALS
This Mobil-Home for 4 persons has :
- Two rooms
- 1 adult room with a 140 cm bed
- 1 children’s room with a mezzanine bed, a single bed and a trundle bed
- A kitchen – living room area equipped with: stove, refrigerator, kitchen furniture, closet, dish kit, coffee maker, table and 5 chairs, tancarville, water jerry can, microwave
